A delicate, floral mocktail with lavender and citrus.

Ingredients:

  • 100ml Two Boys Brew French Kiss Kombucha

  • 30ml fresh lemon juice

  • 20ml honey syrup (1:1 honey & warm water)

  • 2 dashes orange blossom water

  • 3 fresh basil leaves

  • Ice

Method:

  1. Gently muddle basil leaves in a shaker with honey syrup and lemon juice.

  2. Add ice and shake well.

  3. Strain into a coupe or highball glass over fresh ice.

  4. Top with French Kiss Kombucha.

  5. Garnish with a basil leaf and a lemon peel twist.
