A lower sugar energy drink
One of the clearest differences between Two Boys Brew Energy Tea and many traditional energy drinks is sugar.
Sugar content varies between brands, but traditional energy drinks contain between 25–60g of sugar per serve. By comparison, Two Boys Brew Energy Tea contains just 11.4g per bottle.
19.7% of adolescents surveyed* said they drink more than 2 energy drinks per day.
Conservatively, that’s 75g of sugar. At the higher end of the range it’s 180g of sugar consumed in energy drinks per day - which is the equivalent to 45 teaspoons of sugar.
That kind of sugar crash hits hard.

L-theanine is an amino acid found in tea and is often studied alongside caffeine because of the way the two can work together.
That’s the idea behind our Energy Tea: not just energy for the sake of energy, but a more balanced feeling of focus.

Creatine, included thoughtfully
Our Energy Tea also includes creatine as part of the formulation.
Creatine is well known in sports nutrition, and emerging research is also exploring its role in brain energy metabolism and cognitive performance.
